---------- A chirp or squeak sound may be heard on 1991-92 Ninety Eight and 1992 Eighty Eight models from the glass run channel rubber molding where it contacts the drip rail.
----------- To correct this condition, apply silicone paste 12345579 (currently available from GMSPO) to the portion of the run channel that contacts the drip rail molding in the areas shown on the illustration. The silicone paste should be applied the entire length of the run channel lip on both the front and rear doors.
