Please return all parts as soon as the repair order is completed. You do not need to wait until the claim is paid. When shipping the part(s), please protectively wrap and include a legible copy of the repair order.
This program will be in effect through the 1990 model year or until you are notified to stop the returns.
Parts should be shipped pre-paid (do not ship by air). Claims for freight reimbursement are to be submitted once a month. Initate one repair order for all freight charges using the Vehicle Identification Number and Mileage of one vehicle which had a part failure.
The dealer is responsible to retain and make available upon request the original paid receipts for freight costs.
