SUBJECT: SWING OUT QUARTER WINDOW GLASS LOOSE AT HINGES - REPLACE SWING OUT GLASS

MODELS/YEARS: 1991-92 CUSTOM CRUISER

CONDITION:

---------- A condition may exist where the swing out quarter window glass may become loose at the hinge area.

CAUSE:

------ Hinge bond material releases.

CORRECTION:

----------- Replace the swing out glass only, using the following part numbers and the procedure found in the Service Manual, Section 10-7. Parts are currently available from GMSPO.

IMPORTANT: ---------- 1. Do not attempt to reglue the hinge to the glass.

2. Do not replace the complete quarter glass module to make this repair.
