The following information was not included in the 1991 Custom Cruiser Service Manual on pages 8A-81-18 and 10-8-21:

IMPORTANT: A misadjusted fight lower End Gate Striker can cause the "Gate Ajar lamp and roof rail courtesy and reading lamp to be on at all times.

Mark a reference to this bulletin on page 8A-81-18 at Chart #9 and on page 10-8-21 at End Gate Adjustments.
