Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and suitable support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    2. Object Number: 607614 Size: SH
  2. Remove the right differential output shaft and tube assembly. Refer to Inner Axle Housing Shaft and Housing Replacement .
  3. Remove the shift shaft with fork (18) and differential shifter lock spring (15) assembly from the housing.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 607614 Size: SH
  1. Install the new shift shaft with fork.
  2. Install the new shift shaft with fork (18) and differential shifter lock spring (15) assemble in the housing.
  3. Install the right differential output shaft and tube assembly. Refer to Inner Axle Housing Shaft and Housing Replacement .
  4. Lower vehicle. Test drive vehicle and check the operation of the 4WD system.
