Preliminary Procedure

  1. Evacuate the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement .
  3. Remove the left front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement .

A/C Compressor and Condenser - Hose Assembly Bolt

Tighten
16 N·m (12 lb ft)

Sealing Washer

Tip

    • Remove and discard the sealing washer.
    •  Cap the systems openings. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .

A/C Compressor and Condenser - Hose Assembly Nut

Tighten
16 N·m (12 lb ft)
