Service VME - Rear Window Washer Inoperative - kw fluid fronthose informationinstrument line panel reservoir solvent

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

This message pertains to the 2003 Hummer H2. If the rear window washer is inoperative, a possible cause is that the front washer solvent bottle hose could be kinked under the instrument panel. To check for this condition, access the washer hose through the opening in the left hand windshield pillar, after removing the assist handle and the trim. At this access point, the front washer bottle hose is connected to the headliner or rear hose. Disconnect the front hose and gently pull it rearward to remove any kinks that may exist under the instrument panel. Cut off any excess hose before reconnecting to the rear hose.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
