Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the three accelerator control cable cover bolts.
  2. Remove the accelerator control cable cover.

    3. Object Number: 411253 Size: SH
  3. Remove the PCV valve with hose (1) from the valve cover.
  4. Remove the PCV valve from the hose.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the PCV valve to the PCV hose.

    2. Object Number: 411253 Size: SH
  2. Install the PCV valve and hose (1) into the valve cover.
  3. Install the accelerator control cable cover.
  4. Secure the accelerator control cable cover with the three bolts.

    5. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Tighten the three accelerator control cable cover bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the three bolts to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
