SERVICE INFORMATION:

A groaning noise may be heard on some l990-91 GEO Storm models from the front brakes when the brake pedal is strongly depressed just before coming to a stop. To eliminate the noise, install new, improved front brake pads (listed in "Parts Information' section of this Service Bulletin) as described in the appropriate Workshop Manual.

NOTE: Depending upon driving conditions, the life expectancy of the new front brake pads listed in this Service Bulletin may vary compared to existing front brake pads.
