Subject: ENGINE VIN CODE CORRECTION

Model and Year: 1991 GEO PRIZM WITH 1.6L ENGINE

The VIN engine code designations at the top of Sections 6Al and 6A2 of the 1991 GEO Prizm Service Manual are reversed.

The Base and LSI model Engine Information (VIN 6) is located in Engine Mechanical (Section 6A1). The GSi model Engine Information (VIN 5) is located in Engine Mechanical (Section 6A2).
