Taillamp, Turn Signal, Stoplamp
To replace one of these bulbs, do the following:
- Open the trunk. See

more information.
- Remove the convenience net, if equipped.
- Remove the wing nut holding the trunk trim.
- Remove the two nuts, which hold the taillamp assembly, from inside the
vehicle.
- Remove the taillamp assembly.
- Remove the wiring harness from the taillamp assembly by lifting on the
release tab.
- Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove.
- Pull the bulb from the socket.
- Install a new bulb.
- Reverse Steps 2 through 7 to reinstall the taillamp assembly.
To replace a taillamp, turn signal, sidemarker, stoplamp or back-up lamp bulb:
- Open the trunk. See

- Remove the convenience net.
- Turn the four plastic wing nuts retaining
the trunk trim counterclockwise. There are two wing nuts located on the driver side
(shown) and two located on the passenger side of the vehicle.
- Pull back the trunk trim.
- Turn the two wing nuts counterclockwise
and remove them.
- Pull out the taillamp assembly and disconnect the wiring harness.

- Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it.
- Pull the old bulb straight out of the bulb socket.
- Push the new bulb straight into the bulb socket until it clicks.
- Turn the bulb socket clockwise to reinstall.
- Reconnect the wiring harness.
- Push the taillamp assembly back into place on the vehicle.
- Turn the two wing nuts clockwise to reinstall them.
- Place the trunk trim to its original location.
- Turn the four plastic wing nuts clockwise to reinstall them back into
their original location.
- Return the convenience net to its original location.
