  1. Turn the ignition ON with the engine off.
  2. Attempt to operate the right turn signal.

Does the right turn indicator in the instrument cluster operate normally?

  1. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector.
  2. Place the turn signal lever in the right turn position.
  3. Turn the ignition ON with the engine off.
  4. Measure the voltage at cavity A7 of the instrument cluster connector.

Did the measurement toggle between 0 volts and battery voltage?

Repair the open CKT 15 (DK BLU) between splice S237 and the instrument cluster.

  1. Inspect the right turn indicator bulb.
  2. Replace the right turn indicator bulb, as necessary.
