  1. Remove and inspect the inoperative stoplamp bulb(s).
  2. Replace any defective bulb(s).

  1. Remove the inoperative stoplamp bulb(s).
  2. With the brakes applied, measure the voltage terminal A of the stoplamp connector.

Did the measurement equal battery voltage?

B+

With the brakes applied, measure the voltage at cavity A of connector C419.

Did the measurement equal battery voltage?

Repair the open circuit (WHT) between splice S410 and connector C419.

Repair the open CKT 17 (WHT) between connector C419 and the connector for the center high mounted stoplamp.

At connector C419, test the continuity between ground and cavity B of connector C419.

Repair the open CKT 150 (BLK) between the center high mounted stoplamp socket and connector C419.
