Does the lamp operate normally?

  1. Disconnect the IP compartment lamp switch.
  2. Measure the voltage at the IP compartment lamp connector cavity A.

Is the measurement equal to battery voltage?

Repair the open CKT 40 (ORN) between the IP compartment lamp connector and the CTSY fuse.

Did you complete the repair?

At the IP ccompartment lamp connector, test the continuity between ground and cavity B of the IP compartment lamp connector.

Is continuity present?

Go to Step 7

Repair the open CKT 150 (BLK).

Replace the IP compartment lamp switch.
