  1. Disconnect the connector at the instrument cluster.
  2. Place the headlamp switch in the headlamp position.
  3. Select high beam.
  4. Measure the voltage at cavity B3 of instrument cluster connector.

Is the measurement equal to battery voltage?

B+

Repair the open CKT 11 (LT GRN) between the instrument cluster and connector C200.

At the instrument cluster connector, test for continuity between cavity B1 and ground.
