1. Disconnect the left power outside rearview mirror connector.
2. Connect a J 39200 between the power outside rearview mirror connector, cavity A, and ground.

Is continuity present?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

1. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the left power outside rearview mirror connector, cavity H, and ground.
2. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
3. Depress the heated mirror pushbutton on the heater and A/C controller.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Repair the open in CKT 150 (BLK) between the left power outside rearview mirror and splice 206.

Refer to Wiring Repairs .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Heated Mirror System Check

Replace the left power outside rearview mirror.

Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Heated Mirror System Check

Repair the open in CKT 267 (ORN) between convenience center connector C210 and the left power outside rearview mirror.

Refer to Wiring Repairs .
