- Disconnect connector C200 at the steering column.
- Connect a J 39200
between connector C200, cavity E4 of CKT 93 (YEL)
pigtail and cavity E3 of CKT 92 (PPL) pigtail.
- Place the windshield washer/wiper switch in the HIGH position.
Is continuity present?

- Repair the open in CKT 92 (PPL) pigtail in the steering
column.
- If there is no open in the circuit, replace the multifunction
switch. Refer to Multifunction, Turn Signal and Hazard Switch Replacement - On Vehicle
in Steering
Wheel and Column-Standard or Multifunction, Turn Signal and Hazard Switch Replacement - On Vehicle
in Steering Wheel and Column-Tilt.
Do the wipers still not run at high speed?

- Reconnect connector C200.
- Disconnect the connector at the windshield washer motor.
- Connect a unpowered test lamp between windshield wiper motor connector
cavity C in CKT 92 (PPL) and ground.
- Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
- Place the windshield wiper switch in the HIGH position.
Did the test lamp light?

| Repair the open in CKT 92 (PPL) between connector C200
pin E3 and the windshield wiper motor connector cavity C.
