- Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
- Disconnect the connector at the windshield wiper motor.
- Connect an unpowered test lamp between windshield wiper motor
connector cavity C of CKT 92 (PPL) and ground.

- Disconnect connector C200 at the steering column.
- Connect an unpowered test lamp between connector C200,
Pin E3 of CKT 92 (PPL) and ground.

- Repair the short to voltage in CKT 92 (PPL) pigtail in
the steering column.
- If there is no short, then replace the multifunction lever. Refer
