Was the Interior Lamps System Check performed?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

1. Place the headlamp switch in the park lamps position.
2. Remove the bulb from the left front door power door lock switch.
3. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the left front door lock switch connector, cavity C for CKT 9 (BRN), and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 3

Repair the open in CKT 9 (BRN) between connector C210 and the left front power door lock switch.

Is the left front door lamp operative?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

Go to Step 4

Connect a J 39200 DMM between the left front power door lock switch connector, cavity B for CKT 150 (BLK), and ground.

Is continuity present?

--

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 7

1. Inspect the bulb filament for an open.
2. Replace the bulb, as necessary.

Is the left front door lamp operative?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

Go to Step 6

Replace the left front power door lock switch.

Is the left front door lamp operative?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

Go to Step 7

Repair the open in CKT 150 (BLK) between the left front power door lock switch and ground G201 or ground G200 (upfitters provision).
