J 41712 Oil Pressure Sensor Socket

1. Remove the fuel filter from the intake manifold. Refer to Fuel Manager/Filter Replacement in Engine Controls.
2. Remove the electrical connector from the oil pressure sending unit.



3. Use the J 41712 to remove the oil pressure sending unit from the engine block.

1. Use the J 41712 to install the oil pressure sending unit to the engine block.

Tighten
Tighten the oil sending unit to 12 N·m (9 lb ft).

2. Install the electrical connector to the oil pressure sending unit.



3. Install the fuel filter to the lower intake manifold. Refer to Fuel Manager/Filter Replacement in Engine Controls.
