Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1282105 Size: SH
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  3. Remove the front fender liner.
  4. Remove the bolts.

    5. Object Number: 1282106 Size: SH
  5. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  6. Remove the bolt between the bumper fascia and the fender.
  7. Remove the screw.

    8. Object Number: 1282107 Size: SH
  8. Remove the air inlet grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
  9. Remove the bolts along the top of the fender.
  10. Remove the fender.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1282107 Size: SH
  1. Install the fender.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts along the top of the fender.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fender bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the air inlet grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1282106 Size: SH
  4. Install the screw.
  5. Install the bolt between the bumper fascia and the fender.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the fender bolts to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  6. Install the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.

    7. Object Number: 1282105 Size: SH
  7. Install the bolts.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the lower fender bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  8. Install the front fender liner.
  9. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
