Verify that the lockout function is inoperative and that the other window functions work correctly.

Is only the lockout function inoperative?

Go to Step 3

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems

Replace the master window switch. Refer to Front Side Door Window Switch Replacement or Door Lock and Side Window Switch Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Step 4
