1. With the LF door open, place the headlight switch in the PARK position.
2. Observe the instrument panel lights and chime.
3. Turn off the lights.

Did the lights and chime operate normally?

Test the instrument cluster lights.

Did the instrument cluster lights operate normally?

Inspect the instrument cluster printed circuit for damage. Refer to Flat Wire Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Replace the multifunction alarm. Refer to Multifunction Alarm Module Replacement .
