Go to Symptoms - Entertainment

Verify that the radio memory is inoperative.

Does the radio memory operate normally?

Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections

Go to Step 3

1. Disconnect the radio connector. Refer to Radio Replacement for access.
2. Connect a test light between cavity B1 of the radio connector and a good ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Replace the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 6

Repair the open in the WHT wire of the memory supply voltage circuit. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Did you complete the repair?

Go to Step 6

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

System OK
