Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 242327 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument cluster assembly. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Disconnect the ambient light sensor electrical connector (2).
  3. Release the 2 retaining tabs (1) that secure the ambient light sensor.

    4. Object Number: 242370 Size: SH
  4. Remove the ambient light sensor (1) from the IP assembly (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 242370 Size: SH
  1. Install the ambient light sensor (1) to the IP assembly (2). Ensure that the retaining tabs are fully engaged.

    2. Object Number: 242327 Size: SH
  2. Connect the ambient light sensor electrical connector (2).
  3. Install the instrument cluster assembly. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
