Fluid Pump Assembly

    â€¢ Pressure regulator valve stuck
    â€¢ Pressure regulator valve spring
    â€¢ Line boost valve spring
    â€¢ Line boost valve or bushing stuck, damaged or incorrectly assembled
    â€¢ Pressure relief ball not seated or damaged
    â€¢ Pressure relief ball spring
    â€¢ Pump slide seal out of location
    â€¢ Fluid pump screen assembly plugged or damaged
    â€¢ Fluid pump rotor guide omitted or misassembled
    â€¢ Fluid pump rotor cracked or broken
    â€¢ Porosity in fluid pump
    â€¢ Fluid pump surfaces not flat
    â€¢ Excessive fluid pump rotor clearance

Fluid Filter

    â€¢ Intake pipe restricted ·
    â€¢ Cracks in fluid filter
    â€¢ Fluid filter seal missing, cut or damaged

Control Valve Body Accumulator Assembly

    â€¢ Manual valve scored or damaged
    â€¢ Spacer plate or gaskets misassemble or damaged
    â€¢ Control valve top channel plate not flat
    â€¢ Control valve bottom channel plate not flat
    â€¢ Feed limit valve or spring stuck in the exhaust position

Pressure Control Solenoid Assembly

    â€¢ Contaminated
    â€¢ O-rings cut or damaged
    â€¢ Electrical connection

System Voltage

    â€¢ 12 Volts not supplied to transmission
    â€¢ Electrical short - pinched solenoid wire
    â€¢ Solenoid not grounded
