The purpose of this bulletin is to ensure that customers enjoy the smooth performance intended for the 3.8L Chevrolet engine.

Should a customer comment about poor cold driveability or idle shake on some 1982, 1983 or early 1984 models with a 3.8L engine, refer to the following previously published bulletins.
