J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.



2. UseJ 38185 in order to reposition the outlet heater hose clamp from the quick connect fitting.
3. Disconnect the outlet heater hose (2) from the quick connect fitting.



4. Use J 38185 to reposition the outlet heater hose clamp from the heater core.
5. Disconnect the outlet heater hose from the heater core.
6. Remove the outlet heater hose.

1. Install the outlet heater hose.



2. Connect the outlet heater hose to the heater core.
3. Use J 38185 to reposition the outlet heater hose clamp onto the heater core.



4. Connect the outlet heater hose (2) to the quick-connect fitting.
5. Use J 38185 to reposition the outlet heater hose clamp onto the quick-connect fitting.
6. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
