Involved are all 1980 Chevrolet Chevettes equipped with 1.6 liter engines (RPO L17) and California Emission Systems (RPO NB2). All 1981 and certain 1982 Chevettes with 1.6 liter engines (RPO L17) within the following vehicle parameters:
