Effective December 31, 1987, the existing exchange programs covered in Dealer Service Bulletins 87-24 (Section 7B) dated November 1986, and 88-05 (Section 78) March 1987, will be eliminated.
Service parts/overhaul packages will be available through GMSPO after mid-November 1987 for both transmissions.
General Motors Product Service Training has made available the following courses for your technicians training needs:
HM-282 - Course number 1700.04 ( 1 day) HM-290 - Course number 17003.11 ( 2 days)
Essential tools will be shipped from Kent-Moore in late October 1987.
