Voltage is applied through the 20 Amp CIG fuse at all times to the cigar lighter through circuit 40. The cigar lighter has a heating element which completes the circuit to ground through circuit 150. When pushed in it heats the cigar lighter. When the element is sufficiently heated, the cigar lighter opens the circuit.
