Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2000 🢒 Cavalier 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Temperature Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Disconnect the temperature cable from the temperature actuator.

    3. Object Number: 477118 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws from the temperature actuator.
  4. Remove the temperature actuator from the HVAC module assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 477118 Size: SH
  1. Install the temperature actuator to the HVAC module assembly.
  2. Install the temperature actuator screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the air temperature actuator to 2 N·m18 lb. in.

  3. Connect the temperature cable to the temperature actuator.
  4. Install the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
