Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2000 🢒 Cavalier 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Temperature Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 604824 Size: SH
  1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the evaporator core. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
  3. Unclip the link end of the temperature valve shaft.
  4. Remove the temperature valve from the module. Complete the following steps:
    5. 4.1. Slide the valve to the right.
    4.2. Pull down on the valve in order to remove the link end of the valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 604824 Size: SH
  1. Install the temperature valve to the module. Complete the following steps:
    2. 1.1. Insert the link end of the valve into the module.
    1.2. Push up on the valve into the module in order to seat the valve.
  2. Clip the link end of the temperature valve shaft.
  3. Install the evaporator core. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  4. Install the HVAC module. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
