Shipping Fuse Information

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform dealers of a fuse disconnection prior to shipping of 2007 Chevrolet Captiva vehicles. This fuse must be completely installed prior to customer test drives or vehicle delivery.

The F28 fuse for the IP cluster illumination, clock, audio, Remote Function Actuator (RFA) receiver, and Driver Information Center (DIC) has been pulled out slightly prior to shipping. This fuse is located in the right side floor console panel fuse block and is in a yellow fuse holder. To operate the IP cluster illumination, clock, audio, RFA receiver, and DIC, simply push the fuse holder in (towards the fuse panel). The fuse will slide into place and the IP cluster illumination, clock, audio, RFA receiver, and DIC will operate.

This fuse must be in place prior to customer test drives or vehicle delivery.
