HARD TO INSTALL WIRE WHEEL REMOVE CLIPS FROM WHEEL COVER

Testing has indicated the anti-rotation clips on the 1986 Caprice wire wheel covers cause installation difticulties and are not needed to prevent rotation.

To simplify installation, remove and discard all anti-rotation clips.

Discard anti-rotation clips found in new vehicles wheel cover packages prior to installation.
