J 25070 Heat Gun

1. Mark the position of the emblem/nameplate with a length of masking tape.
2. Heat the emblem/nameplate using the J 25070 . Apply heat using a circular motion for about 30 seconds.

Notice: Use a plastic, flat-bladed tool to prevent paint damage when removing an emblem/name plate.

3. Remove the emblem/nameplate from the fascia using a plastic flat-bladed tool.
4. Wash the fascia with soapy water and wipe dry.
5. Remove all traces of adhesive from the fascia using a oil-free naptha or alcohol.

Important: Do not touch the adhesive backing on the emblem/nameplate.

1. Remove the backing from the emblem/nameplate.
2. Align the emblem/nameplate to the tape guideline and press in place.
