- Connect the scan tool.
- Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
Do not start the engine.
- Select Body Control Module (BCM) on the scan tool.
- Use the scan tool in order to read the current DTC(s).
Does the scan tool display any current DTC(s)?

- Turn the radio ON.
- Operate the power windows
- Operate the sunroof, if equipped.

- Close the doors.
- Wait 20 seconds for all the courtesy lamps to shut off.

- Remove the RAP relay from the Body Relay Block.
- Use the appropriate probe from the J 35616-A
for the next step.
- Use a J 39200
DMM in order to measure the voltage at cavity 87 of the Body Relay
Block.
