SERVICE VME
This message concerns 2006 Cadillac STS-V or XLR-V with LC3 4.4L V8 engine. When trying to correct an engine misfire, do not try to clear an engine misfire by running the engine at higher RPM. Doing so may damage the catalytic converters. Diagnose the cause of the misfire and repair it rather than continuing to run the engine.
