2004-2006 Cadillac SRX - keywords swc switch

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

The steering wheel controls work incorrectly after the switches are replaced.

Ensure the correct part number switches are installed. Use part number 25749842 for 2004- 2006 vehicles and 15776584 for 2007- 2008 vehicles

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
