Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement LH2
Removal Procedure
- Remove the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement
in Body Front End.
- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
in Engine Controls - 4.6L
(LH2).
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir
outlet hose from the power steering pump.
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering
reservoir.
- Remove the power steering reservoir outlet hose.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet
hose to the power steering reservoir.
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the power steering
reservoir.
- Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
in Engine Controls - 4.6L
(LH2).
- Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
- Install the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement
in Body Front End.
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to
Power Steering System Bleeding
.
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement LY7
Removal Procedure
- Remove the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement
in Body Front End.
- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement
in Engine Controls - 3.6L
(LY7).
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir
outlet hose from the power steering pump.
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering
reservoir.
- Remove the power steering reservoir outlet hose.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet
hose to the power steering reservoir.
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the power steering
reservoir.
- Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement
in Engine Controls - 3.6L
(LY7).
- Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
- Install the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement
in Body Front End.
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to
Power Steering System Bleeding
