The purpose of this bulletin is to provide information regarding the design change of the hood hold open support system.
The number of hood assist rods has been reduced from two to one.
Notice: Any attempt to modify or add an additional hood assist rod could result in damage to the vehicle.
Vehicles built after January 31st will feature a high pressure single hood assist rod.
