Some customers may comment that they're unable to locate the Engine Hour Display through the Drivers Information Center (DIC).

All the 2007 Cadillac Escalade Models are not equipped with a Engine Hour Meter Display, This is a normal design intent of the vehicle and no repair attempts should be performed.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
