Navigation Screen Scrolling When Watching A DVD Movie - keywords accessory body disc screen

Some customers may state that the front navigation screen will start scrolling only when watching a DVD movie on the navigation screen and receiving a incoming Onstar Call. This concern only happens when the vehicle is in park.

If you experience this concern, please do not replace the radio to resolve this concern. Engineering is aware of the issue and a new software calibration will be available in the future. This PI will be updated when the new software calibration will be released.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
