DTC B320A or B320B in Door Module - keywords express DDM PDM window

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

A DTC B320A may set in the Driver Door Module (DDM) or a DTC B320B may set in the Passenger Door Module (PDM) after a battery discharge or disconnect. These DTCs are not listed in eSI.

Both DTCs indicate that the express window function is not learned. Perform the Window Motor Express Function relearn as described in eSI.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
