Radio Navigation Heated Seat Or HVAC Controls Inop - keywords center clock connector stack

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

A customer may comment that some or all of the controls and displays located in the center stack area are inoperative or do not work correctly.

The cause may be due to partially or fully disconnected electrical connectors behind the center stack panel. Remove the Radio Control Assembly (a.k.a integrated center stack) and inspect all of the small electrical connectors on the back side (1). Reconnect them as necessary.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
