Loud Squeal From Passenger Rear Door Window - keywords adhesive right

A customer may comment about a loud squeal from the passenger side rear door window when opening it. The cause is likely to be adhesive residue left on the window after the OnStar sticker is removed. The window may appear clean at first but a greasy patch will become apparent after a few cycles open and closed.

Clean the adhesive residue from the window.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
