Preliminary Procedure Remove the mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement.
1	Mode Actuator Lever Screw Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 2 N·m (18 lb in)
2	Mode Actuator Lever Procedure Ensure all mode actuator cam and linkage is in proper position upon installation. Tip The mode lever is part of a kit that provides all components for the heater and A/C mode control
