Preliminary Procedures Remove rear compartment lid inner panel trim. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Inner Panel Trim Replacement.
1	Rear Compartment Latch Bolt (Qty: 2) Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 10 N·m (89 lb in)
2	Rear Compartment Latch Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Rear Compartment Latch Bolt (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Rear Compartment Latch

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
