Deadbolt Actuator: The scan tool displays OFF/ON. This is the door module output to the deadbolt actuator. Upon receiving a valid deadbolt request, the door module supplies voltage and ground to the associated dead bolt actuator to deadbolt the door as requested, and the scan tool displays ON in the appropriate door modules data list. When the door module is not supplying voltage and ground to the associated door lock actuator to deadbolt the door, the scan tool displays OFF.

Dimming: The scan tool displays Inactive/Active. This is the state of the door switches backlighting as detected by the associated door module. When the door switches are illuminated, the scan tool displays Active in the appropriate door modules data list. When the door switches are not illuminated, the scan tool displays Inactive in the appropriate door modules data list.

Door Ajar Switch: The scan tool displays Off/On. Each one of the vehicle doors has a door ajar switch. When a vehicle door is open, the associated door ajar switch closes and the scan tool displays On for that switch in the appropriate door modules data list. When a vehicle door is closed, the associated door ajar switch opens and the scan tool displays Off for that switch in the appropriate door modules data list.

Door Lock Switch: On vehicles w/V4U, the scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock for front and rear door lock switches. On vehicles w/oV4U, the scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock for front door lock switches, and Idle/Lock for rear door lock switches. This is the state of the door lock switch as detected by the associated door module, except for the driver door lock switch, which is detected by the driver door switch assembly (DDSA).

Driver Door Jamb Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the state of the driver door jamb switch as detected by the driver door module. When the driver door is open, the switch closes and the scan tool displays On. When the driver door is closed, the switch opens and the scan tool displays Off.

Driver Door Jamb Sw. -- Theft Information: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the state of the driver door jamb switch as detected by the driver door module. When the driver door is open, the switch closes and the scan tool displays On. When the driver door is closed, the switch opens and the scan tool displays Off.

Hardware Level: The scan tool displays a number representing the level of hardware incorporated into the Door Module (DDM, PFDM, LMDM, RMDM, LRDM, or RRDM).

Julian Date Of Build: The scan tool displays a number representing the day of the year the module selected was built.

Key Cylinder Lock/Unlock: The scan tool displays Off/ON. On domestic vehicles, this is the state of the key cylinder unlock switch as detected by the driver door module (DDM). When the door key is inserted into the driver door lock cylinder and turned to the unlock position, the scan tool displays On. When the driver door lock cylinder is not being turned to the unlock position, the scan tool displays Off. On export vehicles, this is the state of the key cylinder lock switch as detected by the driver door module (DDM). When the door key is inserted into the driver door lock cylinder and turned to the lock position, the scan tool displays On. When the driver door lock cylinder is not being turned to either the lock or unlock position, the scan tool displays Off.

Left Rear Door Jamb Sw.: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the state of the left rear door jamb switch as detected by the left rear door module (LRDM). When the left rear door is open, the switch closes and the scan tool displays On. When the left rear door is closed, the switch opens and the scan tool displays Off.

Left Rear Door Jamb Sw. --Theft Information: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the state of the left rear door jamb switch as detected by the left rear door module (LRDM). When the left rear door is open, the switch closes and the scan tool displays On. When the left rear door is closed, the switch opens and the scan tool displays Off.

Lock Actuator: The scan tool displays Idle/Lock/Unlock. This is the door module output to the door lock actuator. Upon receiving a valid Lock or Unlock request, the door module supplies voltage and ground to the associated door lock actuator to lock or unlock the door as requested, and the scan tool displays the corresponding position in the appropriate door modules data list. When the door module is not supplying voltage and ground to the associated door lock actuator to, either lock or unlock the door, the scan tool displays Idle.

Module ID: The scan tool displays the module identity. The driver door module and the left rear door module display DDM/LRD as an Input. The passenger front door module and the right rear door module display PDM/RRD as an Input.
