Dash Integration Module Replacement Body Control Module

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 713948 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Disconnect the closeout panel light electrical connector (1).
  3. Remove the screws securing the body control module (BCM) to the I/P.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 713948 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connectors to the BCM.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screws securing the BCM to the I/P.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (15 lb in).

  3. Connect the closeout panel light electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the I/P closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  5. If installing a replacement BCM, program the BCM. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
